Finished in 2001, this project was designed, built and developed by Proud Property Group. The location of the development presented us with a number of difficulties. The 20LM of fall meant that a complex mixture of retaining walls, soil retention sheet piling, concrete tilt panel and masonry construction was needed to complete the project.
